Drawings depict a two-story Garrison Colonial Revival-style house with a one-story saltbox wing, an asphalt shingle roof, and a clapboard and flush board exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, covered porch, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A room with fireplace and a future dark room are shown on the basement level.
