Set of fourteen architectural drawings of house for J. R. Duggan in Waban, Massachusetts (commission #964) including three elevations, three plans, two framing plans, one sketch, and five details. Some drawings are signed and dated by Robert E. Minot or Walter H. Pratt.
Drawings depict a two-story Georgian Revival-style house with a one-story wing, a slate hip roof, and a brick and flush board exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, maid's room and bathroom, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.
