The sealed envelope apparently contains perfume sheets. The illustration caption reads "Parizada the Arabian perfume beauty." Perfumo came into existence during Parizada's visit to London. The description on the verso states it is recommended for sick chambers and can be carried as a disinfectant. The stamp is for one quarter cents. There is an image of a ship on the stamp.
