Description

A scissors-like device with fan-shaped blades, on tapered arched arms with line and geometric incised pivot on half rounded, flat bottomed handles. A latch at the base of one handle and a peg-like extension at the other handle. A strip of metal is packed to the interior of one handle creating tension.
