The circular advertises presses for bailing shavings and sawdust that are offered by the company. Calkins also does custom planing, re-sawing and mouldings. There is a letterhead, dated March 1, 1891, from Calkins & Co. to Rufus Deering & Co. in Portland, Maine, which answers some questions about the specifications of the press that Rufus Deering & Co had asked in another letter. The letterhead has an illustration of the Calkins factory.
