Description

SERVICE: Primary border: gold swags and tassels and sawtooth band with dot centers; secondary border: gold husk chain. (Traces of) gold basket as main decoration. TEAPOT: Drum-shaped with straight, stepped spout with traces of gold; reeded, twisted handle with gold decoration on spine and leafy, gold terminals; primary border around top; secondary border around base; gold band around neck; traces of basket on sides. Cover (probably not original) has red spearhead border & berry finial with red leaves; traces of basket on sides.
