White cotton (muslin); high scoop neckline; plain yoke w/ eyelet embroidered band. Below band is inset shirred panel; same eyelet band at waist, shoulders (resembling capped sleeves), at back & cuffs of long sleeves. Bands at shoulders & cuffs trimmed w/ lace ruffle. Cuffs have 4 piped drawstring bands. Scalloped, eyelet embroidered hem; fullness at skirt between shoulders. Hook & eye closure - eyes are backed by metal eyes; high waist; 3 covered buttons at back of each sleeve attached near lace ruffles. Skirt altered - note stitch marks at back and extra fabric at front center.
