White cotton; band neckline w/ button closure; white mull eyelet ruffle below band; 7 bands on left & right. Long leg o' mutton sleeves; piped at armscye w/ eyelet ruffle at cuff. Center front held together w/ feather. Back yoke gathered into v-shape; edged w/ piping. Skirt gathered into self-waistband; waistband is high & wide.
