SERVICE: Border of blue enamel with gold stars; secondary border blue and gold huskchain; cipher "NP" in blue enamel border with gold stars and gold feathery edge. BASKET: Oval with flared edge; pierced, latticework sides, gold twisted handles with blue and gold floral terminals; cipher center of well. STAND: Oval with pierced latticework on edge.
