Green silk twill, calash style with four cane hoops; double, piped ruffle at brim, with drawstring of blue silk ribbon; gathered at center back oval panel inserted at center back; wide neck ruffle, quilted with horizontal bands, and lined with down; fully lined with green iridescent silk; narrow green silk ties at neck; pink interlining.
