Description

One of a set of fifteen porcelain enameled dinner plates. Four scrolled medallions depicting figures engaged in various activities and birds, insects, and flowers are surrounded by scrolling flowers and butterflies. The central medallion has a gold band border and depicts various birds and flowers. This design is sometimes known as Rose Medallion.
