Description

Grenadine gray/taupe with beige chevron bands brocaded with gray flowers. A=Bodice - olive satin yoke with standing band collar; trimmed with vertical bands of beads (clear, steel and jet beads); self-ruffle at front yoke. Olive satin band around pointed waist; leg o' mutton sleeves lined with taffeta. Hook and eye closure at cuff; bead band and satin band at cuff; boned and lined with taupe taffeta; hook and eye closure center front with interior closure at waist. B=Skirt - matching skirt; darts at waist; inverted box or "kick" pleats at side are lined with olive satin. Fullness at back; lined with taffeta; hook and eye at back; pocket on right side (lining). Kick pleats held in place with two bands attached inside; hem has taffeta dust ruffle; deep hem of brown cotton twill; bound with olive wool tape.
