Description

Fur trunk. Hide and fur over unpainted wood, locks composed of various metals, brass nailheads. Interior lined with paper. Trunk lid embellished with brass nailheads on left and right side and cental oval that frames the initials "S.F.M." for Samuel Foster McLeary. Rows of brass nailheads form a triangle below case lock, and brass nailheads upper edge of case and left and right sides.
