White striped high three ruffled collar, Empire waistband of eyelet, long sleeves of ruffled cuff and covered button with buttonhole, short puffed over sleeve gathered and piped, eyelet band. 16 covered buttons down center front, 3 buttonholes at neck; fullness at back between shoulders with piped and narrow ruffle at edge, straight silhouette.
