Description

Blue and yellow iridescent silk taffeta; quilted and padded with diagonal stripe pattern; brim is turned back, with topstitching; crown is quilted, large horseshoe shape, with piping, gathered at top and neck; neck ruffle is padded and gathered at center back; contrasting blue, white and red striped silk ribbon ties are pinned at neck and bow of same at center back neck; lined with tan cotton.
