Skirt with a day bodice and an evening bodice. Black net w/ pattern of circles over black taffeta. A=Skirt - of same material as bodices; 7 narrow diagonal rows of ribbon at hip; 9 horizontal bands of ribbon around skirt from knee to hem; Slight train; hook & eye closure at center back; long panel of black net w/ 2 ruched rows at top from center back extending to train. B=Bodice - w/ high band collar trimmed w/ 3 rows of black velvet ribbon & inserted in front of white lace over white satin & 4 rows of black velvet ribbon. 4 rows of same ribbon at shoulder front & back; gathered into wide waistband trimmed w/ 5 rows of black velvet ribbon & large black silk bow. Black taffeta lining w/ boned darts & black ribbon waistband. Hook & eye closure center front; long, puffed top sleeves w/ 6 rows of black velvet ribbon. Cuffs w/ 3 rows of ribbon & 3 covered buttons. C=Bodice - of same material; round neckline w/ pointed collar of set & velvet ribbon. Horizontal bands of ribbon around bodice; black taffeta lining w/ boned dart & black ribbon waistband. Hook & eye closure at center front; pink silk bow trimmed w/ black velvet ribbon at center front. 2 rows of ribbon at center front waistband trimmed w/ 2 cut steel buckles each.
