Green/black iridescent silk; quilted with six casings and cotton (string) drawstrings; forming five puffed, down filled bands; narrow double ruffle with self-piping around brim; small round quilted panel at center back with self-bow; four blue/green silk bows along top; neck ruffle is downfilled; two narrow blue/green silk ribbon ties; lined with blue/green glazed cotton.
