Coat A: Blue; blue velvet collar with wide revers; false double breasted; gilt "military" buttons with eagle; darts at front; pointed pocket flaps (false); two breast pockets (inside); padded shoulders; quilted armscye; black silk lining; no raw edges. Waistcoat B: blue; black satin back with buckle and strap; white silk lining; gussets; four front pockets; darts at front; low, rounded lapels, no collar; four same gilt buttons; cut away front.
