Black silk twill overlaid with black crocheted lace in pattern of honeycomb and rosettes, ornamented with black bugle beads; band collar trimmed with double row of crocheted rosettes and bugle beads and with ruffle of black scalloped lace. Band of bugle bead rosettes around collar and down either side of front and hook and eye closure; black lace ruffle and bugle bead fringe around hem. Clusters of bugle bead tassels at lappets, shoulders and down back; fully lined with black silk; inner waistband of black silk grosgrain ribbon.
