Description

Black velvet trimmed with jet beads and black ostrich feathers; band collar encrusted with jet beadwork in two scalloped rows edged with feathers and strands of beads; same scalloped bead pattern along front, shoulder, back and cuffs; long curved sleeves with feathered cuffs; feather trim along front. Front lappets have black velvet fringe; looped strands of beads at shoulders, lappets and center back; fitted through waist; shorter at back to accomodate bustle; quilted black satin lining with inner petersham; button and hook and eye closure at center front.
