Description

Broken pediment above a glass-encased and painted tin face; thermometer on left side and mercury barometer in center with corresponding gauge at right; glass tube enclosing mercury continues complete length of barometer to a domed and capped bottom; striped holly wood inlay encompasses case at top, both sides of shaft; double ring of inlay on domed cap at bottom.
