Description

Taupe/olive silk twill; plain; wide crown, gathered onto brim (with piping) for fullness; neck ruffle gathered around base of crown and extends to edge of brim; neck ruffle has tucked edge; tan silk taffeta ribbon ties; brim lined with cream silk; wire band around edge of brim; the whole lined with stiffened buckram; neck ruffle lined with cotton net.
