Primary border: wavy blue band with gold sunbursts, thin red band, adn blue, gold, and red pseudo-spearhead band; secondary border: blue and gold hsuk chain; main decoration: doves perched on twisted rope with branch tetween their beaks in oval framed in bue enamel with gold stars, edged in wavy red and gold; bowl ahs primary border on interior and secondary border on exterior; saucer has secondary border around well.
