Description

Earthenware children's mug. Brown transfer print with two classically draped women standing on either side of a shield. The woman on the left holds a sword in one hand and a balanced scale in the other. The central shield has a scrolled border and features several images: an hourglass, a hand, a skull and crossbones, a houseboat (ark), a dove with olive branch, a lamb, and a lion. With hand painted blue lines around rim and base.
