Description

Earthenware alphabet children's mug, highlighting the letters P and Q. The letter "P" is represented with aviary motifs, a parrot in the center. The letter "Q" is represented with an image of the queen, a quill and a quart jug. The main images are black, made through transfer-printing. There is later overpainting of pink, green, blue, and yellow. A pink hand-painted line outlines the interior of the mug and accents the handle.
