Squared, swelling shape with squared base; molded white clay body with S-shaped spout; scalloped lip receiving squared "hipped" dome lid originally with finial (broken off); underglaze blue transfer print decoration: central Tyrolean-type cottage scene; dotted patterned scroll foot border; scroll and floral border at mouth.
