Description

Earthenware children's mug. Brown transfer printed images with captions. On one side, "Flow thou regal purple stream" appears to show a man with a gushing nosebleed, being held from behind by a second man; a third man appears ready to strike a fourth man with his fist. On the other side, "Nanny wilt thou ..." shows two long-horned sheep rubbing heads together.
