Earthenware children's mug. Cylindrical with loop handle and leaf terminals. Black transfer print with "Franklin's Maxims" inscription and two scenes. On one side, a man holds an axe and rests his foot on a tree stump, with the fallen tree behind him. On the other side, two men and a woman are on the front steps of a bank.
