A=Bodice; B=Skirt; C=Sleeve; D=Sleeve. Purple moired & pleated silk printed w/ white dashes. A=Bodice - standing band collar; blouson front placket covers hook & eye closure; self-bow below each shoulder w/ 2 at waist. Each bow has silver plated buckle w/ pin closure; boned & lined w/ black cotton twill. B=Skirt - matching skirt; smooth front; full; 2 small box pleats at center back; overlapping hook & eye closure at back. Fully lined w/ black taffeta; black taffeta dust ruffle; inner lining of hem of buckram; hem bound w/ blue velvet; narrow waistband lined w/ brown cotton. C=Sleeve; D=Sleeve - detachable leg o' mutton sleeves gathered at shoulder & elbow; exaggerated leg o' mutton effect w/ self bow at each wrist & lined w/ black cambric; stiffened & lined w/ black cotton twill. 2 self-straps applied diagonally at wrist; blue silk satin lining at cuffs.
