White cotton mull printed with horizontal stripes of pink bands (consisting of bar motif) with fan motif and scalloped border; "V" shaped neckline has self ruffle; shirred shoulder seams; bodice is boned and has "V" shaped 3/4 white linen lining; long sleeves have 4 bands of self-ruching with deep ruffle; bodice gathered into "V" shape at waist front and back; three flounces on skirt; skirt gathered onto waistband.
