White silk crepe with pearl and bead trim; "V" shaped bodice with silk gauze insert having cream satin bow and drawstring, making squared neckline and blouson bodice; short puffed tulle sleeves; sleeves, neckline, center front and shoulders trimmed with strands of beadwork with pearls, large circular motif and smaller graduated pearls; back has drawstring neckline; boned; lined with taffeta, hook and eye and secondary overlapping closure at center back; with pleats for fullness; front has cut away hem revealing panel of mousseline de soie with four deep tucks, center layer of train is drawn up into a knot to reveal under layer of same crepe; train lined with cream wool flannel.
