Half-length portrait of Zedekiah Sanger (1748-1820), a minister from Duxbury, MA. Depicts him in clerical dress, with a white collar draped over his white shirt and black waistcoat. He wears a black coat with a folded collar and covered buttons. He has placed his right hand inside his vest and shirt. The portrait is one of a pair (1964.254 is of his wife Irene Freeman Sanger).
