Pink and black irridescent taffeta. Black warp creates floral pattern. Bodice of dress has high neckline, boned darts, princess seams in back, hook and eye closure down center front; lined with tan cotton twill. Pagoda, sleeves with self ruffle trimmed with pink and black moire ribbon. Piping at armseye, waist and neck. Sleeves lined with tan glazed cotton, cuff with white silk. Skirt has cartridge pleats all around waist. Skirt has pocket on right side: lined with brown glazed cotton. Hem edged with maroon wool tape. Second bodice (B) of same material as dress. High neckline, no sleeves; round point at waist. Hooks and eye closure down back. Lined with tan glazed linen; padded at bust, boning has been removed.
