Deep circular bowl form with flaring sides terminating in wide mouth; underglaze blue Willow pattern with central blue circular band with thin characters enclosed by large scrolls at bowl interior; sides decorated with three rows of rice grain pattern; piercings filled with glaze; exterior decorated with three border bands.
