a) Bodice-- Iridescent plaid taffeta; plaid- blue, red, brown; high neck with standing band collar; full long sleeves and yoke trimmed with brown and beige silk fringe; 10 buttonholes and 7 brown covered buttons center front (3 are missing); hook and eye at bottom; rounded waist; boned darts; princess seams; tan cotton twill lining. b) Skirt-- Blue cotton twill waist with hook and eye closure at front; cartridge pleats at back; pocket on right side; fully lined with tan glazed cotton; hem edged with brown wool tape. c) Belt-- Self-fabric belt edged with brown and cream braid; hook and eye closure; self-bow; tan glazed cotton and paper lining.
