Cream cotton with silk pinstripe; printed with bands of ogee and diamond medallions in green, blue and pinks; bodice has gathered and padded front; waist has wide piping and narrow piping at armscye and seams at front and back; long straight sleeves trimmed with lace; bodice lined with cream cotton twill; skirt gathered all around; hook and eye closure at back; hem lined with stiffened cotton; slightly pointed waist.
