Rectangular wooden box, without lid, lined with newspaper dated 1835-1838. Exterior of box is covered with wallpaper with a large scale stylized foliage pattern. Block printed in blue and tan on a beige ground. Bottom of box also has remnants of a maroon, white and cream paper.
