Silver coin holder constructed like a small pocket watch. Push-release and loop on one side, hinge on the other. Round silver case opens to reveal slot to hold small coins or tokens with back that retracts on a spring to hold coins securely. "Stirling / Pat. 1903" stamp on interior. Engraved "C F" on exterior.
