Description

On the front side is a red, white, and blue enameled gold medal in a cross form. The crossed American and French flags are represented in a white circle, in the center, with a red rooster upon them. On the back side is an inscribed red enameled circle in the middle of the cross. The medal has a hanging ring on the top.
