Small rectangular paper box with pincushion lid. The pin cushion, made of tan velvet, has theorem painted image of basket containing flowers. Pin cushion is bordered by twisted tan and ivory twine. Box covered in light green paper and gold embossed paper trim. Interior of box is lined with pink paper. Mirror affixed to interior of lid.
