Wooden bandbox and lid. Bandbox (A) and lid (B) are covered in paper with blue, yellow, pink and red motifs on blue and pink ground. Bandbox and lid are lined with newspaper fragments from the Nashua Gazette and Hillsborough Advertiser. The bottom of the bandbox is also covered with newspaper dated 1845.

In exhibit "Boxes: Open and Shut" at SPNEA's One Bowdoin Square Gallery May 15, 2001 to October 2001. The exhibit then traveled to Hancock Shaker Village in Pittsfield, MA where objects were on display from November 2001 to May 6, 2002. *** This box only in Hancock Shaker Village venue.
