Description

Octagonal melon-shaped body with reeded, twisted handle and reeded spout; brown [foo?]-dog finial; [Meissen?] "basketweave" in relief around top of body and on cover; scene in blue and white of pagodas, streams and mountains; handles leafy terminals are highlighted in blue and gilding; blue "fishbone" decoration on spine of handles and on spout; traces of gilt on lip (chipped) of spout.
