Paper and leather Royal brand needle case with two packets for needles & two needles. Case of thin red leather over stiff card with 45% angle top slipping into front closure, adorned with embossed, five-point, gold stars, and green paper labels. Two paper slips for needles with green and turquoise labels, one with two needles.
