Description

Of circular form with a molded scroll pattern at the rim. It has a flat, circular face and a cylindrical footring. The sloping sides and face are decorated with transfers (decals) of sepia-tone Chrysanthemums. Some petals are highlighted with hand painted purple and yellow. The rim edge has a gilt band.
