A wide flat lip on an urn-shaped candle cup and a rod-turned stem. It has a scroll and dragon form handle attached to the stem, it is connected such that it can rotate around the base. The circular base has a pierced decorative border of birds with outstretched wings and floral devices and incised concentric rings at the center. The candlecup has a bellflower or vine design.
