A 10" band of white evenweave cotton with vertical seersucker stripes of varying widths. It is edged with white cotton yarn macrame border of tassled triangular point alternating with two long twisted strands with tassle ends. The top is gathered with an elastic band, then strung through a stitched sleeve. It is machine sewn.
