Description

Two-piece dress, bodice (a) and skirt (b). Lampas with pale green satin ground with brown sprays and pale green taffeta. A=Bodice - square neckline with insert of separate neckline of pale green taffeta; turned down standing band collar lined w/ dark green velvet. Long sleeves w/ slit cuff & turned back pale green taffeta w/ applied bow; boned; bodice & sleeves lined w/ silk twill. Center panel of bodices detaches for day or evening wear. 2 small loops of cotton twill tape at inner armscye; inner satin belt w/ two hook & eye closure. Double pointed hem at front bodice; long layered weighted extensions; piping at neckline, armscye, cuffs & hem; 11 taffeta covered buttons & buttonhole front closure.
