Black corded silk with black cut velvet and black lace over white corded silk panel; standing collar - black at back, white at front; "lapels" of black velvet with gauze ground with white corded silk underneath; round white and black silk covered buttons at center front; basque style; long fitted sleeves with velvet/gauze cuffs; pleated peplum; black cotton twill lining; no boning; collar and cuffs lined with tulle. Skirt (B)= matching black corded silk with same inset panel at front of black lace and velvet with gauze over white corded silk; 3 black gros grain bows along panel; fabric poufed and draped at back, with box pleats at hem; bustle - 4 pairs of ties (one is actually a drawstring); dust ruffle; hook and eye closure at waist; one button at back; cartridge pleats at back. Taffeta lining (3/4) with black crinoline at bottom.
