Purple velvet; standing band collar; long sleeves, gathered at elbow, with 6 velvet covered buttons at cuffs; 19 velvet covered buttons at center front; hook and eye at collar; darts; fitted through with polonnaise style extensions at side; open center back with weighted and pleated peplum for bustle; padded hips; padded armhole covers; boned; polonnaise side panels are weighted; woven waistband has hook and eye closure at center waist.
