Lavender organdy dress printed with floral border of: vertical arrangement of flowers, wheat sheaths in tones of grey with pink, green and gold; high neckline with band collar (printed); 10 brown silk buttons center front to waist; peplum with self ruffle printed with floral border in green, pink; long sleeves double ruffle at cuff (also printed - matching peplum); princess seam at back; lined with stiffened - crinoline? Skirt has box pleats at front, cartridge pleats at back; white cotton waistband with button at back; hem - printed with same bands as bodice, turned hem; no lining.
